The client supplied us with 3D Revit Model for the house as an input. Further, texture, color and landscaping elements to be incorporated into the renders were provided in a detailed fashion. Also, the client asked for two images, one in daylight and one as 5 minutes post-dusk.
The first draft was supplied as a low-resolution image in a timespan of 3 business days. Markups were provided for the first draft by the Client using Lightshot software and corrections were implemented in 2 business days. The client approved the second draft for the final HD render.
Post-production was carried out via Octa-Z plugins in a timespan of 3 business days, and thus HD renders for the exterior with Daylight and Dusk options were delivered in a timespan of 8 business days in total.
As the 3D Model along with detailed notes on materials and textures, were provided pro-actively by the client, it leads to a reduced cost of rendering the images at $385/view. Also, an additional view of Dusk lighting was charged at 50% of the original image.
