Exterior Additions was founded by Doug Lynch in November of 1999. With an extensive background in construction and remodeling Doug has targeted to bring the loyalty, trust and respect General Contractors once had back to the industry. Exterior Additions’ mission is to provide our customers with a high quality product, stellar customer service at a competitive rate. Our unique company structure in regards to our size, employee base and general attitude translates to an unsurpassable attention to detail. Exterior Additions is heavily insured and bonded. We are state licensed in both NC/SC and are an EPA certified remodeler. We are also highly regarded on several consumer review based services and an A+ accredited business with the Better Business Bureau.
OUR SERVICE
At Exterior Additions our primary goal is to provide the best customer service available in the remodeling industry. Customer service is a rare commodity in today’s market place and especially in the contracting community. Exterior Additions prides itself in making our services easily available during working hours. Whether email or voicemail, inquires are returned promptly and professionally. Our sales team is available to answer questions regarding your remodeling projects and will personally visit your home to provide a bid and answer any additional questions that arise. You will be provided a detailed estimate and a full description of what is included, references and more about us. Most design is “in house” in regards to non-conditioned areas (three season rooms, open/screen rooms, decks) and we also offer outside professional architectural services as needed.
